Availability
Currently we supply service in 6 counties - Franklin, Bedford, Roanoke, Campbell, Henry and Pittsylvania County. We are always expanding and stretching out to provide more areas with service.
Signal
Our product line is based on Line-of-Site and Non-Line-of-Site technology. The Line-of-Site product requires a visual line of site to one of our towers. If you can see the tower then service should be good at your location. Our Non-Line-of-Site product has a limited range and is only located from certain towers but can provide service through trees and some obsticals. In either case before agreement signing, we will preform an on-site survey to verify the quality of service. The survey will consist of us bringing a mobile unit to your location and testing it thoroughly.
Tower Location
We have many tower locations now in the surrounding area, and are currently installing new ones monthly. Currently we have well over 30 access points providing service. (For more information please review the coverage map for a tower near you.)
